From the app, I searched and browsed looking for the December 9th 2019 article "The massive triumph of the rich, illustrated by stunning new data" and I couldn't find it. I finally discovered from the reviews that this app only provides a subset of Washington Post content. I will uninstall the app. I don't remember why I installed the app in the first place.

It's pretty, and overall I like the app. But I accidentally swipe into the next article all the time. Super annoying and this is not a function I would ever even want. I always want to choose an article before reading. Strongly request being able to disable swipe to best article.

The reason for my two-star rating is that while this app's graphics look good and the text is easy to read the search function has been useless at trying to find Wash Post endorsements in the November elections in Fairfax county. I can find these easily through Google but the Post blocks my direct access that way and I can't locate the endorsements at all with the search function in this app. This unintuitive app has wasted a lot of my time.

Great app! Great reporting, and they allowed me to purchase a whole year up front instead of a weekly/monthly auto renewal. Most others don't. "Democracy dies in darkness."

Sometimes I am reading and the app slides right to an article I am not reading quite inadvertently.. The quality of the journalism at the Washington Post is why am a subscriber. The Washington Post strives to maintain the highest standards in journalism in an age when the president of the United States of America calls honest, carefully checked journalism and journalism itself "enemies of the people". This observation worries me that America is entering dark times under Trump.
