 Why to reply to reviews?

User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.

Signed up for a one year contract in August. Have no access to content now after recent update, basically being pushed toward paying again for what I've already paid for. Apparently the library is gutted and unnavigable now but I can't access the bloody thing to see for myself. I am getting alerts now for the first time ever. Avoid this app like the plague until they at least have it working properly.

Current app is a disaster. Difficult to navigate, no description for each event, no information about the cards etc etc. Always problem with subscription information always ask me to resign the contract?? While playing the video, no functions to see when the actions are and cannot jump between the fight. Previous app was really good and I have never have any issue with it. Why change to sharply inferior app???

As others have said, the new update is a garbage fire. It's like the UFC actively hates its fans. Have fun trying to find fights, previous cards, cards from other organizations and so on. The previous version was fantastic. This update turns it into the ESPN app--which is an absolute disaster.

The recent has updated has ruined search functions when looking for specific content and it has ruined the in video navigation when watching an event. They've removed functions such as menu of fights within the video for quick navigation. They've removed the searching through weight category and rankings library. They've removed each fighter having an account and the ability to search through their account in chronological order to see all their fights. ALL the stuff that was good? That's gone.

New update is terrible. I have a paid for a years subscription to fight pass (until Nov 2020) which was working fine until the update and now it won't recognize my subscription so I can't watch the live events (including the one I am missing right now) and it is asking for more money. 😠
