The Swords of Ditto is a compact action RPG that creates a unique adventure for each new hero of legend in the relentless fight against the evil Mormo. Explore a delightful but dangerous overworld, brave menacing dungeons, and improve your hero in a charming village, during your quest to overcome the evil that plagues the island. Unleash the mystical Sword of Ditto for an unforgettable adventure filled with delightful characters, extraordinary loot, and heroic battles! Unique Adventures Linked Together: Each adventure becomes its own legend, both distinct from those that came before it and part of a heroic legacy that bind together. The deeds, successes, and failures of each hero's adventure have implications for those that follow including the ability to find weapons and recover loot from history’s fallen heroes. Weapons, Items, & Stickers: Wield the traditional sword and bow combo alongside the decidedly less traditional vinyl record Frisbee, magic golf club, and colossal foot from the heavens to put Mormo and her legions back on their heels. Collect and equip stickers to boost up your hero and add perks to their gear to become powerful enough to banish the wicked sorceress. Main Quests and Secret Side Missions: Approach your legend however you see fit by battling through dungeons in any order, completing side missions through dark caverns and deep wells, or confront Mormo right from the start for the ultimate challenge.

During the first play it was great, fun, cute etc, but since starting the second play I have Nemesis following me everywhere, I can't shake him and he's getting annoying, I can't get any xp or anything without getting hit and having running away from him. If he was given a health bar and a way to kill him at least for 24 game hours then he'd been ok somewhat, but you can't get much xp when you kill him.
Good game, with good controls. Only issue is the game heats up the device (upward of 52C GTemp) and drains battery on a phone with an SD835. The graphics settings (lowest to best) seem to do nothing to lower that heat or drain even though they do disable shadows when at lowest/low. 30FPS helps a little, but unbearably choppy compared to other games at 30FPS. 60FPS is smooth despite the heat and drain. My issue is that this 2D game is somehow more GPU-intensive than full 3D games like COD Mobile.
This game is absolutely AMAZING! It's like a modern day Earthbound as a Hack and Slash game. Graphics are outstandingly beautiful and love the style. If you play quality games regularly you'll be able to see how much soul is in this gem. *Side Note* So of course the Play Store dumbies take a giant turd on it. If you can't figure out how to play a game guys you need to go back to school. You're why the Goggle Play Store reviews are seen as trash, congrats.
I love Ditto. Although the issue where a crash can wipe save data on console can still happen on Android. Was on my 9th cycle and 2nd Mormo kill and my game crashed and subsequently save data had been reset on restart. On Pixel 3. Would rate 5 stars but being always on edge and not knowing if the next crash will delete my save data is not really motivating me to go for true ending. I only lost 2 Mormo kills on first crash, but I'd be devastated if it happened as I was going on my last kill...
Updated! Well they finally put in a analog stick for character movement. This helps with playing with the touchscreen tenfold. Love this game but as other have said the absence of a screen stick makes moving a bit awkward at times. Also using an Xbox one S controller has an issue. Using the attack buttom also opens the menu at the same time. Very annoying trying to use your sword and menu opens up each swing. This really hurts the controller experience with this game. Can this be addressed?
