User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Few items to work on. 1. I should not have tp set a new pin every time I login. Take away the save my password option if it doesn't work. 2. I set up a phone appointment. Never receievd a call. Received an email that the Doctor was unable to contact me and they would call back 2 more times.. I was quoted 10 minutes, but here I am still waiting, 25 minutes later. 3. I called the 800 number due to the "missed " call and the rep was not very helpful. The doctor was good.
My husband and I tried this because it was cheaper with our insurance than to go to an in person doctor's visit and after we got it set up I was in the waiting room for about 3 minutes ( if that) I was set up with Dr Peng Wang who was SUPER informative and really helped me understand what was going. I didn't feel rushed like I normally would've at an actual office and I was able to sit in my PJs on the couch.
Avoid even if you think it's your last alternative! I have used twice. First time was good. Second time was crazy! Doctor barely spoke English. I explained I had bronchitis I had it for two weeks over thanksgiving. Everyone in household is on meds and I wanted some sleep and prevent possible worst. He said, "Go see a doctor". I called teladoc. Their rep said nobody is guaranteed a QUALIFIED DOCTOR AND NO guarantees. They will only give you another doctor BUT at full price. Run!
Easy to schedule a visit, but impossible to connect to provider. No way to open appointment in app. Clicking on the link texted to me opened web browser which just put me in a login loop. EDIT: person connecting with me messaged to apologize for technical difficulties and reschedule. Teladoc informed me I would not be charged for cancelled appointment.
A gigantic frustration. Waited an hour and a half, on video in front of my phone. Walked away for two minutes and came back to "provider attempted to reach you but failed." Pages say I should receive an ETA for when I'll receive a call. No ETA given. Pages say I'll get a text or call when the session is about to start. No forewarning given. Currently sitting here wondering if I got sent back to the bottom of the queue and will be waiting another hour and a half, or if I'll hear back sooner.
