I absolutely love this app. It has motivated me to keep exercising where pretty much all else has failed. I suggested that the stretching time flows automatically instead of you having to press "next" manually. The only other thing I'd really like is for the stretches for each side (right and left) be announced too, instead of you having to keep an eye on your phone to see when you need to switch sides.
This is the second time I've tried this app, hoping for some changes. I think this app needs some improvement in meal tracking. It's great that the app offers meal solutions for people looking for help, but you don't have the flexibility to add in your own meals. Realistically, you aren't going to stick to the diet provided 100% with holidays, lunch with friends, etc. Having the ability to track what you're actually eating would be much more beneficial
I love this app! I love that you have so many workout options from so many great trainers. I do wish there was beep after the time finishes for each stretch and for each warm up move. I would also really like if you could swap out meals not just ingredients in the meal planner. Another feature that would be awesome would be the ability to record what weight you used for the exercise. But seriously, a fantastic app!
I love this app! It's my go-to for working out. They recently added some great features to make it easier to focus on your workout without having to watch the timer on your screen. Super user friendly, many different programs for home and for gym. PWR At Home by Kelsey Wells is my fave.
INCREDIBLE. Ive had my subscription since april 2018 but only focused properly from feb 2019 and i swear by it now. The new updates of the app is incredible to say the least. Members also receive weekly updates of how many workouts they completed and what kinds (i.e. recovery, resistance, cardio) I believe theres around 5/6 programs in the SWEAT app. Gym to home workouts, and you can switch in between if you want to try a workout from another program! Theres also yoga called BAM!
