Think it's a fantastic idea, and I know fans who can use it but for me it never lets me check in, it doesn't recognise my location at KCOM stadium, I've tried turning phone on and off, making sure gps is on and I have a signal etc but still won't go through so I just check in as watching from a far and don't get the opportunity to win prizes that way. Is it maybe something I've done wrong in my set up? Very frustrating

App doesn't work. I log in and am greeted with a loading page which then opens a menu about my account. When I exit the menu the page reloads to the loading screen and then opens the menu again. I cant do anything. Disappointing as my mate uses this app and he says it's good. It's a shame it's not as efficient on android as apple. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Checked in my first game at the stadium and didnt get a spin! Support from Matt was great. I was told it was due to signal error with my phone and not the app itself. Offered a pair of tickets. Have continued to have problems checking in at the stadium and having spoken to other fans with the app, they suffer the same problem. Have been in contact a further twice but no response from customer support. Could be a great app to keep a record of all the games attended but not for me

App is unusable, once logged in it gives you option to update details/preferences or go back to rewards when you press 'back to Sky Bet Efl Rewards' it reloads and goes back to the same thing rather than logging in.

I have downloaded the app but when I try registering it says I don't have a secure connection. All my other apps ok. Any suggestions?
