I've always been able to motivate myself to start diets but always failed because I wasnt feeling supported and eventually gave up, but this app, despite being a few words on my screen has really got that personal touch to nudge me in the right way to keep going. Its such an easy interface and isnt constantly asking for money or trying to get my personal information or social media accounts. Its personal and feels like a little cheer squad in my pocket just for me. I love Simple, a life changer!

I love this app honestly I snack at least 2x a day eating just a whole cucumber then have dinner then fast I haven't been feeling like sweets like I usually do and i have only been doing this for a week so excited to see how the next week and a half goes then i will reweigh myself see if there is any progress but for someone who has never fasted before this app is definatley for me love it ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

So far very good, I like the time display for fasting periods. Also I like how you log your meals . It focuses on the types, mood , place and your surroundings when you eat. I really like that .
