Very useful current trends and gives ideas to look outside the box as domestic and commercial real estate going through market changes. And how California changing demographically. Gives a broader choice and encourage venturing outside your comfort zone. Great app.
Good app overall. Sometimes it takes a while for a link to open the app. Is there a way to link in cable/internet and utility companies that are available at each home, or at least make a search option for high speed internet access? Good internet service is one of the main things we're looking for, after living for nearly 2 years with satellite internet. It's super difficult to look up each address on several different sites to find out if high speed internet is even available at an address.
As a veteran, it doesn't tell you what is and isn't VA eligible and ultimately wastes your time trying to set up viewings. Multiple times it has refused to load anything and no matter how many times I close out of it and get back on, it doesn't fix it. Still better than Zillow. Just wish I wasn't wasting my time and getting my hopes up by finding a place I really love just to find out it's not VA eligible. And knowing the name are the community could also help with that issue.
I'm using the app for about an hour now first time and it's pretty good so far only problem so far is that I put in a search for Philadelphia PA and although it shows the area it also shows parts of New Jersey. I just did a reset as suggested by the manager of this site but it is still the same as before shows Philadelphia PA but also parts of New Jersey which are on the border of Philadelphia PA and also some parts of PA which are next to Philadelphia. It's a glitch but I don't mind too much.
I love this app! It helped me to find my new home when it didn't show up in my portal due to the square footage being incorrect. If it wasn't for this app, I would have missed it because the house ended up being the exact sq footage that I was looking for!
