This new app is super lame. My payments are not updated for the past three months. The app doesn't allow me to pay online anymore. I fill in all the information and tap "continue" but nothing happens until three minutes later it says "Bad Gateway." I would give it a zero negative star if I could. I had no issues with the old app.

Utterly horrible so far from my experience. Mainly used the app to keep track of data used on a dongal also purchased from digicel. The App was showing 1.68gb of data remaining , current credit of $120 and an available option to auto renew the existing plan. Need less to say the plan did not auto renew and that credit was used as pay as you go credit according to one of the representatives in the store who also advised that the plan no longer existed. Huge flaw by giving unavailable options.

I like the app but I would love for the app to be able to show me the timings I am making my phone calls as I need this for business purposes. I would also love the app to show me my whole month's itemisation on one page please and sync with my contacts in my phone. Its 2020 digicel get up with the times. When is the top up history going to be available please?

You all really need to update this app, or fix these bugs. Everytime I go on this app to do something I feel like mashing up my phone. Topping up online is the worst, at certain stages tapping on something it just doesn't work ,you're unable to continue. The whole point of the app is for convience, please fix.

This most definatly by far and without a doubt the worst cellular network app I have encountered. To begin with they take forever to update things like your balance and keeps on freezing up when you want to purchase artime.It becomes a real problem when you check your artime and find you still have $30 in your account, but checking 5 min later you find you actually have $7 What an utter and humungous waste of time.I deleted this app freed up some space and replaced it with pac man.
