User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Very unreliable. I've used the app to cash checks from the same (employer) source and Suddenly for no reason my check would be refused (many times). Lots of problems with refusal of a very clear picture and I have wasted a lot time retaking photos of the check only to be refused over and over until I gave up. Fees are large. If you let them keep your money for ten days you can avoid the fee. I recently tried to cash a money order which was initially accepted but 10 days later I find that they changed their mind and didn't cash it, no reason given! Also they are supposed to charge a range of different fees for different types of checks but I've always been charged the highest amount no matter what the type of check. They are very poor at communication as well. You will never get a live person. Get yourself a bank account and forget these jokers!
While registering for this app I incorrectly put in my birthday. Now that's a No-No for this app. It is so difficult to put in your birthday you scroll FOREVER! Hence, I put the wrong date. I felt like I aged a year putting in my birth date! Don't know why this is- it's just plain stupid. So, it wouldn't let me change the date or re-register Can't change it or delete it. If you put in the wrong date there's no going back you can't use the app they won't let you register it That is INSANE!
Everything worked great.. except for not allowing me to enjoy the "promo/referral code" feature which was reason for me using "InGo" in the first place as opposed to trying Paypal for free..InGo charged me 5$ to cash my payroll check.. Other than that though it did deposit the remaining funds into my Venmo account in less than 30 seconds.
quick and easy. simple user interface Update: I thoroughly enjoyed that with the minor issues I faced I received a phone call directly from customer service. Marquita was incredibly professional, personable and proficient in clearing up the mistakes I faced during the transaction. Despite a few user errors the customer service team was helpful and knowledgeable and my money was in my account. Thank you Marquita.. you did a wonderful job.
I had tried to use my mobile app through my net spend account and got a response from Ingo that my information could not be verified with my social security number. I checked to make sure that Ace net spend had the correct information. The only thing I could check was my birth date and so I made sure it was listed correctly. I have asked that Ingo double check to verify my information so I can use the mobile app to put checks into my Ace Flare account. i haven't heard back to see if they have been able to verify my information and reopen my account since they closed it due to not being able to verify my information. When they check the verification i will be able to reopen the account and change my review.
