It's alright. I haven't activated the plus yet because I'm still trying it out. I like the timer but I wish the lessons had a little more going for them-some more useful information rather than just saying "there are so many benefits to this" and actually list some of those benefits or foods that are good to eat in between fasting.
Not everyone uses fasting to lose weight. The app literally wouldn't allow me to select my optimal weight as the one I currently am! That's just so assumptive and wrong! I love fasting for greater digestion and energy levels, while I'm still totally happy with my weight. Allow people to be self-determining and respect that it's not all about weight loss, but optimal health.
Simple and clear, lovely layout and nice colors. The lessons they give are nice. The subscription is too much, but without subscription it is still great, if you don't want the help of a coach or a personalized plan.
Day 3 and I love it. The community messages are motivating, the fasting timer and the weight tracker are super. I have not tried plus yet, but i just might later. Easy, simple and makes fasting tolerable and fun (almost).
It's pretty good! The simple concept of not eating when you shouldn't, and so when you should, is reinforced with the gentle scienced behind the WHY, these things are in place. It's been a good journey so far, and even in the few days I've been following along, I've noted habit changes to make, and feel better!👌
