I love this app. Unfortunately my wallet does not like it as much.Find so much on this app. I have been a big fan of ebay since 2004. And thanks to this great app I'm able to take eBay on the road. To also say that with the mobile app you're able to carry in your pocket. Making it different. I am able to keep track of what items I'm watching plus bidding on. Now I can bring speed and access to EBAY everywhere I go.. Great example of how to build a great app. keep it going!
For some reason, I can't delete past purchases properly on the app. When I'm on the Web site, they don't show up, but on the app, a lot of my past purchases, including some that didn't arrive, as well as purchases from hacked accounts show up, but are all unable to be selected for deletion. So that's over 100 past transactions, including the ones that I made in September that constantly get added back.
You can find and purchase so many different favorite collectables, clothing, jewelry,vinyl records, kitchen items, as I said almost anything! And often for less. You can bid on items or just payfor things. I love purses and have beautiful bags thanks to eBay! Read the small print, as not all is returnable. I highly recommend trying it out! And there are tools, car acessories, and home decor. There is something for everyone. 😊💛👍
"Stay signed in" is meaningless. They sign you out and lock your account for "suspicious activity" and I have to reset my password using an email address I haven't had since high school. There's no customer service email and the phone number you call is a stupid useless machine that takes forever to get you nowhere. I've used eBay for over a decade but you've gotten worse over the years. I switched to Amazon today because your customer service department is non existent. Useless.
Overall this app is amazing and I love that I don't have to wait browser times to go through eBay app and find the stuff I want and need... mostly want... and dream of... a little obsessively. The only beef I have with this app and eBay in general is how easy it is to get suspended. With no warning. And on top of that is how difficult it is to get help via phone call if you're not in the U.S or Canada. I had to navigate painfully to the form section and that's the only way I got any help.
