User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
I use to love Dropbox, but over the past 6 months or so not, so much. It will not auto upload my photos or videos anymore. I have to open the app on my phone, goto settings, and then it might start. Been using Dropbox for years, I never had these issues before. I have not changed my settings or anything in years. I almost want to stop using it all together. ☹🙁
I am a paid subscriber but have constant issues with Dropbox. The interface is just not intuitive. You can't restore files from within the app--you need to open your web browser. Simple prompts to overwrite files are non existent: you need to go into a file manager and delete the file first. Support is so horrible to deal with you end up just living with it's many flaws. Sure wish someone at Dropbox actually took a look at their user experience. You figured it get better as a subscriber but it's not.
While I 'm a Dropbox user for years now - and very happy with the speed and fluent working on PC platform -, Dropbox on Android is totally useless to me. Not being able to move the data to the external SD card is unacceptable given SD cards can easily contain my whole PC. Not that I need it all, but I really do not feel like manually following up on internal space and selecting files to sync. The remark has been made many times already, but Dropbox doesn't seem to hear the Voice of the Customer
Suddenly keeps crashing when you transfer to d chip/card. If you need to free up space to use don't dl this. I'm about to transfer all data to some other cloud storage. You have been warned. Don't use drop box any more!!!!!
EXTREMELY disappointed with Dropbox. I've had it for several years now, and about a month and a half ago Google had a problem and I was signed out of everything Google related on my Android device. Got Google fixed finally, but still can't sign in to Dropbox. Contacted them and it's been a LOT of waiting for someone to get back to me. The last thing they asked for was a screen shot of the error message, which I sent right away, and now I'm still waiting to hear from them. Very, very disappointed.
