User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.
Would like to set alerts for any coin, not just 3. The menus are weird. If you navigate to a coin from home, portfolio, or a bottom menu button, switch to another button, and go back to the prior one, it doesn't reset to the home page of that button. You have to back out of where you where just to see home again.
The fees are preposterously high. To transfer funds to their very own wallet, are REGULARLY as much as 55%! No, that's not a typo, or an exaggeration.I didn't pull out a calculator, but I'm maybe 2-3% off at the most. I'm cashing out as painlessly as possible, ASAP. They lost my business during my test run. When you try to screw someone that"s willing to invest well into the 6 figure range in the Cryptocurrency market, you also lose my network. I hope many of you find my review helpful.
Its smooth to put in money but is impossible to take it into your bank account or PayPal or whatever , feels like this app was only made to get money out of your pocket and you canr get it back , the support is helpless and it wont help you at all . Never wrote a single review to any app but I had to come here and warn any of you that is thinking about downloading this app . Dont download it .
Smooth but needs improvement. When using coinbase to transfer money to my forex broker I hit send full. Upon finalizing the transaction is says not enough funds in account. I have to then select send half multiple times to get my funds to successfully send. This still leaves a balance in my wallet. If I do this same process off the desktop site it works with sending full amount. Please fix the app. Thank you.
I'm happy this app makes Crypto easier to access but man. If you have an app that deals with people money and something where seconds matter maybe you can make it so it doesn't crash or freeze! Numerous occasions Its either locked up or showed the price from a min before and I have to exit and reopen. Using a Note 10+
