 Why to reply to reviews?

User reviews affect conversion to installs and app rating. Featured and helpful reviews are the first to be noticed by users and in case of no response can affect download rate. This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them.

I love CNET, and I like the app. However, there is a problem with the video player where the sound sometimes goes in and out and in and out (like you are hitting mute over and over again). I haven't pinpointed exactly when it happens versus when it works as intended, but it also starts a video up again even when you have paused the video. It happens so much that I RARELY watch the videos and just read the reviews/articles.

While loving the content, I scream every time I open the app. The revolving half circle creates a knot in my stomach as I wait endlessly. How can a tech site not be able to create an app that works and opens easily? This has been an ongoing issue for CNET. It should be a complete embarrassment that it cannot develop an app that works fluidly. If it is an issue of cost, spend some of the ad money you earn. Or ask for volunteers to help you create an app worthy of CNET! Get your act together.

Works great for me, cover's all the way to the most important things, thank you very much and I look forward to it working on and on. And yes it has news and covers all android items in my phone so far so good.

All news and electronic reviews and prices are mostly American orientated. What use is this to someone living in Australia were products priced for America cant be bought in Australia?! Problem is, there used to be Australian content and now there's none. Im deleting the app. Shame, because i have been using this app for year's. Your recent changes have ruined it for me!

What experience? I am no able to get into the app after installation. App stopping every time I tap on the enter. All user names including some ridiculous ones I tried and it said already taken. Very disappointed.
