I installed the app and it worked to the point where i had to chose the place where i forgot to check out. It finds the metro station but it says it is tog station and asks for peron letter and spor number. I chose random numbers and letters but i can not proceed further. This needs to be fixed.
It always says communication fail with the system or something like that. I have this app for multiple years and there was always some stupid bug or problem making it impossible to check out. I think this app is bad on purpose. I will now start walking 20 mins in the rain to check out. Thanks for nothing!
Nothing works with the new update. First of all, I couldn't access the app; had to reinstall it and enter again my Nem-id. Then 3 days later I experience the same system failure. New is not always better 😑
Keeps rejecting my trips that I tag with a missing check out, unless they are 100% accurate with time. I have to call customer service to sort them out.
Blue circle on the screen. Followed by a message stating communication error with the main server... This app is a mess
