Tried to deposit from the app using my local bank, but my balance did not change after that, been emailing the support, but there's no real answer from them, they just kept saying "we will check" again, again, and again... Fortunately only Rp140000, but still... Make me think twice to trade from this app..
Work Slow as compare to others I mean that Loading page Is slow As Compare to other similar Applications When I was depositing Amount Then its Loading very Slow But Other Application If Do One Click Then After some Seconds it immediately Loads The Page. The app was good but it want to make updates that we can withdraw money directly through Indian rupees because some people can't able to change money from dollor to inr. And someone doesn't has a master card so change it to debit card or paytym ,Google pay to inverse
The graphic and UI of app is good , but it takes a lot of time to load , I try to deposit money 3 times it fails every time due to internet error even in descent internet connection it shows load error . Kindly solve this issue
I like the app and learn about trading with demo account. I wish to verify my identity before I invest so that I don't have to face to face anything while I am withdrawing. But there is no option to verify my account and identity without investment.
