ask user to change the rating

With the most recent android update, this app will no longer read my messages to me while driving. When I select the message it says " select the message and then select Google assistant", not really accomplishing what I asked it to do. Please fix this.

Good idea, but fails in so many areas. 1. When opening the app the app turns on the DND or Do Not Disturb settings and mutes all audio. This means that I can no longer hear the navigation or music, which are the primary uses of the app. 2. Recently the app can no longer open any music apps inside of the AA app itself. For instance, when the AA app is open and I try to select Google Music, Amazon Music, or YouTube Music, the AA app states that the music app "doesn't seem to be working right now". But if I then switch apps to the music app and switch back to AA, app the music will work. What the heck is going on here?!? Listen Google, the whole idea of this app is to keep your hands on the wheel and to not mess with your phone. This app currently doesn't work as intended and takes a significant amount of messing with when trying to use as intended. Please take this as constructive criticism and do a better job of QC'ing your work before releasing it to the public.

It's unclear if the issue is with my Hyundai Ioniq, Phone, or both. It often has trouble making the initial connection. Sometimes I have to keep retrying the connection for minutes. There is often a delay between when I press the car screen and when it responds. The delay can be minutes long. The voice interface for texts is awful. It has trouble understanding "reply" and "send the message". Sometimes it misunderstands me so many times it gives up and discards my message.

The app is great only when it works properly. Navigation and Google assistant is great, except for streaming music. I use Spotify and when I connect it, the music will cut off but you can see in my phone that the song is continuing. Most of the time it doesn't come back. I have tried multiple cords, including the one that came with my phone and it's still happening. I searched for a fix and saw that it is happening for a lot of people. This needs to be fixed as Spotify works when on bluetooth.

App works well when plugged into vehicle, for navigation purposes. However, the do not disturb feature needs to be fixed. I can not answer any incoming phone calls. Also, when I leave the car do not disturb mode and Android Auto stays on. Settings in the menu do not work. Google needs to fix this, because what is the point of having a settings menu if it won't help?
