Quite literally has to be the most bloody stupid app I've ever used. Rung your advice line for help, but funnily enough, they didn't know seeing as they're not a UK call centre!!! That was half an hour of my time that I will never get back!! So how do the children that I registered into my "household" sign in and have their own viewing list on Prime Video, like on Netflix ?? I don't want their watch list on my account, & I don't want them signing in on their devices into my amazon account!!!
It has good content, but it has some problems. One of them is advertising of other videos for the service I'm already using. Another is that the app doesn't go back to the video i was watching. When stopped and started again it will go to the home screen and when i select the show i was watching it will go to the previous (or sometimes the next) episode - i need to manually find the place where I've stopped watching.
Great app. I travel a lot, the ability to download movies in high quality is a tremendous asset to me. The only downside is I have found movies with scenes that have been cut. I don't really know the reason why prime would cut scenes. Sometimes the plot of a movie is skewed because of the missing scenes.
Great, playback is smooth and good quality. Kind of a maximalist menu at the beginning of a stream, though. Also exit to main menu is two clicks instead of one. Also, the screen doesn't automatically size to my phone Galaxy A8. Rick & Morty is an extra subscription, though which was disappointing.
Will give app 5 stars once they make a "continue watching" section. They have lots of great shows and movies but the app is hard to navigate, organized rather poorly (watchlist wise etc) and most importantly you have to search the show you are watching each time you want to continue watching it. Please fix that.
